The Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (CNCR) is dedicated to the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge about conflict prevention, management, and resolution. As an inter-institutional consortium, CNCR supports the degree programs of affiliated institutions rather than offering their own. Affiliated faculty regularly publish and present research findings at academic and practitioner symposia and conferences.
The consortium was established in 1987 through a grant from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. It is supported by the University System of Georgia and based at Georgia State University’s College of Law.
